Supporting Your Queen

Parents and Guardians play an important role in creating the environment in which young women can thrive.

How families can help

Queen Mode encourages parents to:

  • Encourage effort rather than perfection
  • Celebrate progress
  • Support healthy routines
  • Encourage independence
  • Communicate openly
  • Respect the coaching environment
  • Support the Queen Mode values
  • Encourage positive leadership

The Queen Mode Partnership

Queen Mode works alongside families to support each Queen’s physical, personal and leadership development.

Queen + Coach + Family = Stronger Development

Parents receive appropriate information with quarterly progress reports relevant to the squad their child is a part of, and support their Queen’s development while allowing her to develop independence and responsibility.

Safe, structured and personal

Training is adapted to age, experience, ability, developmental stage, readiness and goals. Clear expectations, professional boundaries, supervision, conduct standards and safety procedures support the training environment. No physical activity program can eliminate every risk.

Her phone can wait. Her success cannot.

Device-Free Zone

Phones, smartwatches and personal devices are silenced and stored as directed during device-free training periods, except for approved medical, accessibility, safeguarding or emergency reasons. Families should use Queen Mode’s nominated contact pathway for urgent matters.

Practical information

Confirmed session days, times, venues and Term dates will appear on the Session Times page and in enrolment information. Families must keep medical, emergency, custody or access and authorised-collection details accurate and current.
