How to Raise a Concern
- Raise matters with the Coach/program lead where appropriate.
- Use the formal complaint channel for sensitive, serious or unresolved concerns.
- Safeguarding or immediate safety matters should not wait for ordinary complaint timelines.
- Provide relevant facts, dates, people involved and desired outcome where known.
The Concerns and Complaints point of contact is maddison@queenmode.com.au. Immediate safety concerns should be reported immediately; emergencies should be directed to emergency services on 000.
Response Principles
Complaints should be handled respectfully, fairly and appropriately confidentially. Genuine complainants should not be subject to retaliation.
Resolution and Escalation
Possible outcomes include clarification, apology, corrective action, training, process change, mediation or other proportionate action. Unresolved or serious matters may be escalated internally or to relevant external pathways.

Anonymous feedback is welcome. If Queen Mode cannot contact you, follow-up may be limited.
