Physical development is one part of the experience.
Confidence, resilience, leadership, discipline, communication and personal development are equally important.
Every squad uses guided reflection to help Queens recognise achievements, understand challenges, set goals and take ownership of progress. It is a development tool, not therapy.
Parents and Guardians are an important part of the Queen Mode community.
Parents receive appropriate information with quarterly progress reports relevant to the squad their child is a part of, and support their Queen’s development while allowing her to develop independence and responsibility.
Wear the confirmed Queen Mode uniform or suitable training clothing and footwear, bring a resealable drink bottle, and bring a desire to learn, improve, and grow. Additional equipment requirements will be communicated before the session.
